Farm Features:Pigs Day of event: Sun 9th JuneEvent Description:Open 10am until 4pm. See the pigs and other animals. Display of vintage tractors, the steam engine and other historic equipment. Pictorial display depicting local agricultural history and mechanisation of farming in the 20th century including the' Lease Lend Scheme',' The Women's Land Army' and 'A Farming Ancestry' (the story of a farming family.) Talks will be given at regular intervals. Farm shop selling a wide range of home produced pork products also teas, cakes, hog roast rolls, sausage and bacon baps. Three varying length woodland walks are available. For those wishing to make a weekend of it the farm has its own camp site, booking is advisable. Please bring suitable all weather clothing for sun or showers !
